“Chat with the Chef” Behind the Scenes with Lauren H. RDN, Chef & Owner
Lauren will discuss: How they got started opening a food truck and then a full blown diner, recipe development with cultural influences, how they bring Authentic Mexican cuisine to the community, their focus on community and listening to their customers food needs, how their menu is tailored to the vegetarian, vegan and gluten free community, and will answer all of our questions.
